June 4, 2007 Comprehensive Planning Commission

Members Present: Gerald Boomsma, Bill Danz, Anne Marie Kasbaum, Gary Luedeman, Members Absent: Linda Smrcina Other Participants: David Obrien of Bayland Building, Property owner Dan Pamperin
Meeting called to order at 6:00PM. Motion by Anne Marie, seconded by Jerry.
Meeting closed to public input so members can complete the business on hand. Attendance taken and recorded as indicated above. Minutes from previous meeting were approved as written.
� ACTION ITEM: A request for a conditional use permit was presented by David. David provided a site plan map on behalf of Dan to develop a convenience store/gas station at the intersection of USH 41 and Brookside Road. Members reviewed the comprehensive planning maps for this area, located in the USH 41 corridor, which was identified to be used for commercial and small business development. There were no objections from the commission and no other input from the floor. It was decided to approve this CSM by a vote of 4 yes and 1 absent. David and Dan were reminded that necessary final approvals are needed by the town board and other governmental bodies such as Oconto County, WDOT and DNR if required. Passed this on to the town board for their review and consideration for approval.
